Spicy Bhindi Masala is one of those Indian recipes that could well with any other Indian curry. Its taste tangled with aromatic spices make it an absolute delight to have it.

1 tsp Jeera Powder
1 tsp Haldi Powder
0.50 tsp Garam Masala

1 tbsp Oil
250 g Lady Finger (Bhindi)
1 Tomato
2 Chili

Marinate Bhindi with the Jeera, Haldi, Garam masala & salt for 10 minutes.

Add oil in a pan. Put paanchpuran and add the marinated vegetables. Fry it for 10-15 mins.

Garnish it with curry leaves if you like the taste of it. Serve hot with roti / rice.
