Special Indian Sewain Kheer: delicious, with high nutritional content and easy to cook

50 g Vermicelli
35 g Sugar
1 tbsp Pure Ghee
250 ml Milk
50 ml Condensed Milk
35 g Chopped Dry Fruits
¼ tsp Cardamom Powder
2 pinches Salt

Roast vermicelli with ghee for 2 min.

Transfer roasted vermicelli in other vessel and boil milk in same pan.

Add sugar, salt, roasted vermicelli and condensed milk. Cook it for 5 min.

Now add cardamom powder and chopped dry fruits. Let it cook for 2 min.

Garnish it with dry fruits. Our dish is ready to eat.
