Raw Mango Chutney


Come summer and I smell our home kitchen with delightful fragrance from this stewing of mango chutney. Mango chutney, a prepared crude mango chutney is a famous backup to Odia dinners.

 2 cups Peeled raw mango cubes
 1 tbsp Oil
 ½ tsp Turmeric powder
 ½ tsp Cumin seeds
 1 tsp Chilli powder
 ¼ tsp Garam masala
 2 tbsp Sugar
 Taste to salt

To make mango chutney , heat oil in a profound non-stick pan.once the oil is hot include panch phoron.

At the point when the seeds crackle, put the mango 3D squares and saute in a medium fire for 1 minute.

Include turmeric powder, cumin seeds powder, bean stew powder, garam masala, salt and saute in a medium fire for 1min.
