Chicken Tikka Kebab

Chicken Tikka Kebab is a delicious starter packed with lots of flavour. The masala used here combines a hot,spicy,tangy flavour.

 500 g Boneless chicken
 1 Capsicum
 1 Onion
 300 g Yogurt
 1 tbsp Jeera powder
 1 tbsp Dhaniya powder
 2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
 2 tbsp Lime juice
 1 tsp Chaat masala
 1 tbsp Salt
 1 tbsp Sugar
 1 tbsp Red chilli powder

Marinate the chicken with the above ingredients for atleast 2 hours.

Then after marinating take the chicken pieces, put them into the sticks. Then fry the chicken in low-medium flame for 10 minutes.

You can add some little ghee or butter while frying the chicken. This adds an extraordinary aroma. And yes the chicken tikka kebab is ready.

You could make dhaniya chutney alongside to dip the Chicken Tikka Kabab while relishing it from the plate.
