Many a times Facebook blocks an account due to some phishing activities or when somebody tries to hack it. In most of the cases, it asks to verify the account by prompting the user to answer a few questions.
Post that, the user is being asked to change the password. It doesn’t allow if the user tries to keep any of the previously used passwords.
Now here the problem starts. When the user attempts to log in, he/she gets stuck on the facebook checkpoint page. Most of the time the page shows a 500 error or loading page error. How to get out of the Facebook Checkout Next Page error.
Here’s the way out –
Step 1: Delete the “www” from the url – https://www.facebook.com/checkpoint/?next
Step 2: Write “m” instead of that. The url would now become – https://m.facebook.com/checkpoint/?next.
The page would load again. Do the necessary changes and get through it.
